Ok... where should I start?
Shall start with the class gathering... went to my grandma house early in the morning and prepared the potato salad... haha... many thanks to my grandma and aunt who have specially helped me with the salad... so luckily it is edible and quite fresh too... hmm... nice to see everybody around... and as usual, a lot of ppl are late... haha... junkai was so attracted to the jigsaw puzzle of sunflowers that dawn was doing and started fiddling with it... so did some with him, then ggl came and wanted to watch tian1 wai4 fei1 xian1.... looking at her being so addicted to dramas xia...
nothing much happened in the later part of the day... started with kibbing on the cluedo game... and they all ended up giving up... so funny la... drey started the 'suicide' and looked at the answer... then the rest followed suit... dawn was super close though... haha... i remember last time it was her who solved the cluedo... think if she decided to quit sailing (which she won't obviously) she can be a detective... or even a bridge player... coz there is so much reasoning and thinking involved...
then we started to watch borat, courtesy of ss... haha... its sort of representation is so satirical... and in a way i think it also showed the perspective in a very fresh yet humorous manner... the reverse psychology... haha... as a jew, he was anti-semitic in the show... and what a good method to psycho ppl to reveal their 'real' feelings... but thot some scenes were totally unnecessary... like the nude part and the pamela part... think it is not funny at all loh... but other than that, what a daring 'masterpiece'... haha...
watched lv guang sen lin also... haha... dunno why... i managed to stick myself to the tv screen for 9/15 discs... a typical taiwanese serial la... in the show got two sisters susan (the adopted one) and sophie... then susan the evil one always wanted things that sophie got but she didn't... she won everytime, but not over william, a rich guy who truly loved sophie... so in a sense, take things that are meant for us... but dun fret over those that are unreachable... in a sense it would only make u feel more painful and get u into a vicious spiral of bad feelings...
ok... very tired liao... this bookout quite good... new year's day went beach road then visit my grandma and played cards with her... nice form of interaction with her and those aunties... and of course i won quite a lot of games... haha... not exactly cards but called zhi3 pai2... must be beginners' luck la... then today went bridge in the morning... zehan slept super late and of course had to be called up by me and took a taxi down... not bad we play... but a lot of things to discuss over these few days... esp so if we want to do well for the trials... and cf, me and i went east coast park in the afternoon!!! haha... they bladed while i cycled... enjoyed the feeling of slowly cycling through the nice weather, looking at the beautiful sunset (though quite cloudy)... and fun talking to them (though the conversation is interspersed by their CO talk)... haha...
book in liaoz... must:
1. Plan my new year resolution (drey and xuetying just reminded me of this... haha... got too many things to include inside le)
2. discuss the bridge deals we had today... and prepare for any faults present in our bidding conventions...
3. enjoy hikaru no go (qi ling wang!!!)... thanks cf once again!
4. read up on chapters 7-10 on my inorg textbook
book out means: TRIALS! WE CAN DO IT! YEP!
