Yoohoo! Today marks the middle of a long off period! Things i wanna blog:

1. Leadership and team communication

Decided to blog this point when I've finished a book I'm reading rite now...

2. Bridge sessions

Last week could be said a disappointing outing for both my pair and my team... Played three MP occasions and din do up to expectations... Guess bidding wise may be a little too ill-disciplined and for my play wise, din dare to take risks which could have made contracts and for defence, sometimes the vital signals are missing... Gotta do some reflection on this....

I dunno how come... this week it is my p who is not available for all the games... haha... thot could have played today but his mei4 also pangseh me at the very end... haha... study more impt at this stage la :-) Even for friday game, my p has to hmm... haix... now gotta find another p for friday's game... definitely dun wanna miss it...

And again I shall say a disappointing game against dragon... Played the first two rounds and lost by 6 and 7 imps respectively... first game, i think we have done well in finding the club slam, but went down coz of some part scores and a slam try which failed on jackie's side... then second game, two well-defended and played boards were undone by my aggro-ness in the first part... mr wong was right... it is a lot to ask for by needing "just a doubleton or less" for p's dime... and our misdefence in the second...

Then we thot there is some hope against dragon as their strong pair left and the "fortune teller" (who finds me always a hard nut to crack) subbed in... sadly speaking, gotta leave the game and found themselves thrashed by like 70-odd imps combined.... also dunno why la... i guess bridge discipline has gotta be strong in this case...

3. Crashing lects

Lects crashing seems so fun... got the element of like placed in the territory that does not belong to u... anyway crashed two lects so far... one is extraction chemistry in nus and the other is biology and media in ntu... gotta say the former makes me feel so 'into' analytical chem... coz i dunno what soxhlet extraction and supercritical fluid extraction are all abt before the lect... and then decided to glance thru the txtbooks after which... and they are so interesting! haha... as for the latter, nice lect! dunno bio can be so fun with the sort of teaching... coz we get to watch movies and analyse the content inside! haha... i'm sure if jc bio teaches that way, maybe i can score higher le!

4. Tuition

Intensive tuition period... but i'm always to be glad on the call coz it simply means my tutee is serious in improving his grades.... and i won't mind going the extra mile to help... hope u'll do well for the CAs!

A lot to blog for these two... shall see got time then update them ba! haha...
