I guess an update is long overdue...
Yesterday amidst my rush to complete proteins, I forgot the time and realised that it was 12 in singapore when i had wanted to skype home and wish my mum a happy mothers' day, not withstanding the fact that i msn-ed her the day before... Anyway pressure's been building up these days, and this month will not be a plain riding trip as of last year.
Had just realised that I was quite naive in terms of scoring high esp last year, and this year I am prepared to do whatever is needed to secure a good first (I hope...). Really thanks to the wonderful seniors and peers who had offered help and motivation... like samson, tara, chieh, etc. And though it would be hard to emulate some of the feats (which I was quite amazed that actually homerton is traditionally good in org chem and deborah gives the same comment to the few each year), I guess I am up for the challenge in some of the papers. Meanwhile for biochem, I really appreciate the efforts from my supervisor to really pump up our essay skills this year, and similarly I wouldn't want to let him down (though the amt to study is quite crazy)!
Yup a month of no FM/bridge, no youtube and once a week fb! Do message or email me if u wanna talk to me and study with me!!
